With more than 30 years of legal experience, Lowell S. Miller brings a wealth of knowledge, practical insight, and a strong commitment to client advocacy to Antonucci Law. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals facing a wide range of legal challenges, providing experienced counsel and personalized attention to every matter.

Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1993, Mr. Miller has developed a diverse legal background encompassing personal injury, real estate, consumer fraud, municipal court matters, and DUI/DWI defense. His extensive experience allows him to evaluate complex legal issues, develop effective strategies, and help clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

He started in private practice in 1994 at a highly respected small New Jersey law firm, where he completed dozens of jury trials resulting in successful verdicts in personal injury cases. In 2002, he established his own firm. After more than 20 years practicing independently and as part of a successful small firm, he decided to join Antonucci Law to continue helping people.

Mr. Miller has helped clients obtain just compensation for the harms and losses they have suffered because of the wrongful acts of others. Throughout his career, he has recovered millions of dollars through verdicts and settlements.

He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice, and a past member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Miller has served as an arbitrator in Middlesex County and as a public defender in several Middlesex County municipalities.

No matter the type of case, Mr. Miller takes pride in communicating with his clients, making them partners in their cases, and working toward successful resolutions.

Recognized for his professional accomplishments, Mr. Miller was selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2011 and annually from 2021 through 2026.
